As a resident of Kentucky, you may be the owner of unclaimed property that is being held b y the Kentucky State Treasury. Search now for unclaimed property that we may be holding in your name!

 

File a Claim

Any person claiming an interest in any property which has been surrendered to the Commonwealth should file a claim with the Kentucky State Treasury by completing an official claim form.

 

Report Unclaimed Property

Businesses and banks across the state are responsible for the timely reporting and remittance of unclaimed property to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Online reporting is now available.
